Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

On my journey to get that hourglass body! I'm going for 30 days. So basically I'm doing 2 workouts, 2 or 3 sets a day. I'm going to explain how it went each day and update you guys on my journey. Hopefully I'll get results! Day 0 means today (my first time doing the workouts!)

Day 0🍿 It wasn't that hard but I'm sure I'll be feeling it tomorrow, lmao. But that's ok, it's normal

Day 1🍕 It wasn't that hard but I definitely felt like giving up because...that's me. I did 2 sets or both workouts, kinda felt proud of myself after that. I actually didn't feel any pain while doing them!

Day 2🍔 I did 1 set after school of both exercises and then 2 sets of the exercises in the evening cuz why not. It wasn't that hard but I definitely felt like giving up because I got no results I'm that petty and miserable.

Day 3🍱I did the workouts, 2 sets of each. It didnt hurt but I definitely had some negative thoughts during the process!

Day 4🥙 I am kind of sick today and haven't been feeling well. My cramps are terrible and I barely survived at school so I wont be doing them today but tomorrow I will 100% do 2x them!

Day 5🌰 No I did not to 4 sets of each workout but u did do 2 sets of each and I did a lot of steps. I didn't eat any junk foods either! It only hurt for the first couple seconds then it was fine, so far no results. Still waiting though!

Day 6🥔 I did 1 set of this workout and 2 sets of the other one. I felt drained and exhausted while doing then but that's alright I'm sure tomorrow will be easier. I'm seeing no changes in my legs but in my stomach it isn't that visible but I can still feel and see it working!

Day 7💥 So today it is a no....I did no sets of this workout because i didn't feel good, I did 1 set of the other workout. I have seen some changes on my stomach though!

Day 8🥕I did 1 set of each workout, it was actually really fun! I can feel it working, I have seen some changes in my outer thigh and my stomach!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Lily’s workouts and the encouragement that she gives her fam throughout the video to continue like when she says good job and I’m like 😢 thank you it motivates me SO MUCH I will keep doing her workouts for as long as it takes to get my dream body❤️
