Ive been so bloated recently so this like a blessing, Each time I feel bloated Ill definitely come back to this workout and mark the date.
Bloated Aug 10th, 2024: I drank a lot of fluids and ate a lot + this helped my belly go down and I feel less congested; p.s. I would've added this earlier but I forgot ❤

Really, your videos are really effective. I have done 1000 crunches for 3 days and your workout videos are amazing. Your yoga and stretch videos are also effective. Before 20 days my waist was 30 now it's less than 27. Really I'm so happy.❤

I'm immensely grateful. My stomach felt uncomfortable earlier after I ate a bunch of bananas and straight up lied in bed immediately for a while. This helped!! Thank you so much❤

I'm Paula
15 years old (late bloomer)
90-110 lbs or so (i have to check again some day lol)
I'm 4'11
I have a flat belly with a little bump (i think is called pooch belly)
Slightly visible side abs
Waist - 60.5 cm, 23.5 inch

Day 1 ✔️ (monday)
Day 2 ✔️
Day 3 🚫 (lazy)
Day 4 ✔️
Day 5 ✔️ ( It didn't hurt as much)
Day 6 ✔️ (rest day but I did some workout because I didn't Wednesday)
Day 7 (Sunday is Rest day)

Week 2!!!! Update!!

(So, I am seeing results already in my second week, I try to do 3 different videos everyday, focusing on different parts lf my body. I am now doing workout Saturdays aswell and Sunday is still rest day (I just do few stretches Sunday if I want).
I also added a new video to my playlist, which has a higher lever of difficulty.)

I will update again at the beginning of my 3rd week if i see support. And i will like to say something for anyone that needs to know this. If you end up disappointed on yourself for every time you do workouts and one day decide to be lazy and not do it, it's ok!! Just because there is a bad day doesn't mean you have fo ruin your good progress, keep going and just do better next time, remember EVERYONE has their lazy days and moments where they think they can't do it. I have developed almost nothing sense i started puberty (I'm a late bloomer) and i have been really insecure with my body. I have gave up doing workout aswell many times and start over again, now, I don't care if i change, I just want to love myself as i keep my body healthy and strong, it's the best feeling and my best motivation. thank you for reading this, and remember to make your reflection happy by smiling at them everyday 😊❤
