We're taking things slow with this workout, no jumping and incorporating stretching to help relieve tension in the lower belly & back. This is a full body workout and there is no equipment needed!

I rarely ever comment on videos but I had just sat down for my workout and I was looking for something light since I’m on my period and the notification for this video came up. I’ve just recovered from hypothalamic amenorrhea and I’ve gotten really bad period cramps recently, this video is just what I’ve been needing. Tysm Maddie, sending love from Canada ❤️

I'm on day 3 of my cycle and desperately wanted to be a bit active, despite feeling exhausted. This was absolutely amazing and left me feeling refreshed and connected to my body. Maddie, this is a winner and the best period workout I have found on Youtube. Please, please, please make more of these 💕

I just did that on my first day of period because I wanted some sort of movement that isn't too intense for that time of the month and it was just perfect, my whole body says thank u! I would love to see more of slow workouts for period, maybe a little bit longer, like 20 or 30 min ... amazing workout :)

I wanted a slow workout for the day before my period and you uploaded this video just at the right time when I didn't wanted nothing too hard or muscle-building oriented. And I never saw a PMS workout so it would be so great if you post more in the future, thank you for this amazing work !
