Pfffff (pun intended). Our tummy sticks out - with or without air - maybe hurts, seems inflamed & we just don’t know how to solve it. But - BEAT THE BLOAT! Those 6min will help a lot! ♥︎ / Werbung

We do a combination of…
1. exercises that get your tummy and organs moving, to help digestion, inflammation & constipation
2. stretching
3. bodyweight massages (hi inhaling whale)
4. oil-massaging with our fingers - my fave to relief the pain points and anything that’s „stuck“ or inflamed

It’s a ‚feel-good’ routine, that you can do anytime. If you suffer from stomach problems, I recommend:
a) in the morning
b) ESPECIALLY in the evening before you go to bed aka. after your last meal
c) anytime you have bloating or stomach pain, to get the instant effect

I usually use my éla hair oil - that’s my natural haircare brand. Since it’s natural you can of course also use it on your body :) plus, it smells amazing!

I think it's a nice idea if you make a video of a period workout, for the girlies who can't move the same in the first days of their period. Sometimes is hard to do even the slow workouts because of the pain we feel on those days

As someone with a chronically inflamed digestive system (Crohn's disease), I think these gentle stretching exercises are great. Thank you very much Pamela❣️ Nevertheless, I would like to appeal to everyone who may constantly suffer from stomach pain and other problems with their digestive system to get themselves examined. Sometimes there is something more serious behind it. You don't need to be ashamed, you are not alone! ✨️

Really like this video. I’m 14 weeks pregnant so have constant indigestion at the moment! I like the self care element with the massage at the end. I can imagine this is a video I revisit & adapt as my bump gets bigger ❤

oh dear Pamm, you are still so wonderful, I follow your videos every morning, at the beginning of the training it was still a matter of keeping the pace with you, but every time it gets better and better, I am very very grateful and I wish you a continued Valentine's Day, here in Estonia we celebrate Valentine's Day on February 14 and March 8 is here in Estonia, we have such a day as women's day, so we celebrate this day, men give women flowers and shower us with gifts.
