Thanks so much Lucy, this is the perfect length for me and with this format the time passes so quickly! I would love more like this. I'm 68 and I've been doing your workouts for 4 years. Along with healthy eating I'm now 3st lighter with only a stone to go, and I feel fitter now than I ever have. Looking forward to the next one x

I am obsessed with ALL of your workouts! Can you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do a circuit with the 3 minute arm toner and the 7 day 7 min challenge you have for the leg slimmer and waist slimmer? These are my absolute favorites and doing them in one video would be FANTASTIC!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤ Thank you for making these bc I have consistently worked out now with you for maybe 3 years and have never been bored!! 😊

Brilliant Lucy, I started 3 weeks ago doing the blood pressure workout after finding out at a Mental Health and Wellbeing event i was helping to run that my BP was just in the yellow. It made me realise that now and then is not enough. I am 5'4" tall and 8st 7lbs. But obviously even though i eat the right thing's sitting at a desk typing away for 8 hours means i am anything but fit. Thanks for always encouraging us to get moving. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
