Just find these brilliant.I am in a medical boot with stress fractures in left foot.I miss out side planks and replace with a subs but I can still do rest.Thank you so much.If you can put together any other ideas I would be so grateful and perhaps I can come back stronger.All best wishes

1st time doing this, all was ok until the side plank dips etc i felt like my form wasnt good just coz i wasnt prepared for the 5-sec transition (we'll get there), rest of the workout after the side planks were ok. Best companion ever! Thank you so very much. 👋💪👍
