We'll do each move for 1 minute with a super quick break in between. Let's do this!!!

If you're reading this, you will make it through. Don't put too much pressure on yourself if you're not doing the exercises at the pace you're expecting to do them at. It will just discourage you to continue. Go at the pace you can do as the exercises continue.

I've tried Cloe Ting, Lilly Sabri, Emi Wong and many others but Cassie is the only one who gave me a serious burn and amazing results. I just did this workout I wasn't on any diet and I have abs now. THANK YOU CASSIE!!!

I know this is an old video but after trying my best to do these workouts for the last month I finally was able to correctly do my first crunch in 5 years today! I still have a lot of work to do to get healthy but I’m so happy and I just wanted to tell everyone who struggles really hard with these that you will get there and don’t be afraid to modify moves if you need to to get through it, I believe in you!

alternating single leg lifts are the WORST... i used to hate eagle crunches the most but now i'm begging for them to come as quickly as possible

Oh my gosh! When I first saw the moves I thought "that looks easy enough'' Man, I was wrong. Doing this and the cardio kicked my butt.

It's really hot where I live so I almost fainted the 1st day and couldn't even finish the 2nd round. Yesterday I modified it a little bit and I know my abs are gonna be on fire by the end of the week! Thanks Cassey

I just got done doing the waist whittler cardio. Guess I'm doing this too today!

Day 4 Done! I'm a day ahead because I'm an over achiever who started on Sunday 😂. Whew! My abs are on 🔥. In a good way though 😁

Day 5 Done! Those eagle crunches should be called EVIL crunches. Because they are. But I got it done 💪😩

Day 6 Done! Finally got through Eagle crunch without stopping! 😭🙌🙌

Day 7 DONE! I'm so glad I started early so I can rest tomorrow! 😩🙌🙌
I can definitely see a change, my abs are definitely more defined, and I lost a little bit of belly fat. Keep in mind that I've been working out daily since December, and I've been working out along with Cassey's calendars since March. If you're just starting your fitness journey, it's gonna take longer to see results, so don't get discouraged if you don't see any changes right away! Stick with it, and I promise you won't regret it 💪
