Honestly it’s so refreshing seeing a real natty who doesn’t take herself too seriously putting in real work.

What I’ve been taking away from the beef of the lean patty’s videos is…

Don’t stress or overthink health/ fitness. Just stay consistent and patient. Also, have fun with it 😁

"Felu" has a protein bar recipe made of chickpeas that i think is probably the best one I've ever tried. They were so good my girlfriend who isn't even remotely interested in working out made some just because she liked the taste.

Easy to make protein bar: Oats and proteinpowder mixed with water, in the same proportions as if you would make porridge (example 2 DL oats, 1 DL p-p, 6 to 7 DL water), add other stuff as you see fit (cocoa powder, cinnamon, dried fruits or nuts, etc.) though I would highly recommend a bit of salt and a few CL of fat (oil, butter, lard, what you have/fancy), baking soda if you want it fluffier. Mix it all together in a bowl (NOT making porridge in a pot on the stove), then push the batter/cold porridgy goo into a baking form (silicone form highly recommended) and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 20-30 minutes, time depending on the type/power of the oven and the moisture/circumference of the batter (big cake takes longer to baked in the center). Take it out when ready, let it cool for a bit, cut into suitable pieces. Stores really well.

For bar #3 you can't use PBfit. It needs actual peanut butter because the oil helps it stay more solid (still needs to stay in the fridge, not its a bar and not sludge). I make bars that way from time to time and they are alright.

-scoop of whey isolate (33g - 30g protein, 120 cal)
-2 tbsp natural peanut butter (7g protein, 190 cal)
-1 tbsp wheat dextrin prebiotic fiber (Benefiber)
-squirt of raw honey (adjust to taste)
add milk or water to desired consistency; start with about 2tbsp

I stopped buying protein bars.
