Easy 5 Ingredients Protein Bars - these take 10mins to prep!

So easy & tasty, these are perfect on the go snack, gives you a great boost of energy and actually helps if you have a sweet tooth!

Ingredients:
• 1 cup (80g) old fashioned or rolled oats
• 1/2 cup (120g) peanut butter
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 2 scoops Myprotein protein powder
• 1/8 cup almond milk
• Optional melted Myprotein chocolate spread

Method:
• Put all ingredients into a bowl
• Mix well till combined
• Place on a baking dish, shape and press down firmly
• Chill for an hour or more and enjoy!

Soak the oat in the oat milk first and leave it to rest in the fridge overnight then add the rest later. I promise you that it'd makes a word of difference, especially when you're visiting the facilities the next day!

I burn alot of calories a day so this is great to take to work and keep feeling satisfied but not full. Never feeling super hungry ever again. Giving my body the protein it needs to full up. Make this recipe asap

Mine have oats, whey protein isolate, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, crunchy almond butter, raw honey, and drizzled 72% cacao chocolate. First put into mold then oven at 350 degrees for 20 min then leave in fridge overnight.

I made these! I’ll edit my comment to say how they turned out
Edit: They’re not bad! I’m eating my first bar right now. I’ve tried two protein bar recipes and in my opinion, I like this recipe better. These don’t taste like my vanilla protein powder. It tastes like peanut butter, chocolate, and some oats. I like how this one isn’t dry, but it is sticky from the peanut butter because there is more peanut butter than oats. But yeah not bad. 💪🏼👍🏼
