I used wrist rolls reverse grip and normal grip. And my favourite wrist rolls. Get a mop pole cut about a foot and a half or two foot and drill a hole in the centre and put rope through the middle tie a strong knot and stand up put your arms out parallel in front of you and make sure the rope is just of the ground. Tie a weight at the bottom and roll it up and down. I found it to the best exercise for the wrists.

I prefer barbell wrist curls and reverse barbell wrist curls, arnold Schwarzenegger did them too. Good illustration graphics though 👍 also maybe put some energetic exercise type music to the videos that gets people psyched up 👍 all the best with the videos 💯

Buy two clamps with some resistance you can squeeze from at Homedepot. Clamp them so they are together. Put one in each hand begin to squeeze left right left right left right. Do it till you cant do no more. Rest do it two more times. You will get stronger.

Farmers walk medium to heavy dumbbells. One in each hand. Just walk slowly one foot in front of the other. The suitcase walk. Like you were at the airport. One med/heavy dumbbell again just walk slowly. Squeeze two (start with five pound plates) together and do hammer curls. Reverse curls with ez curl bar. Hand grips are great. Roll the long weight bar with medium weight forward then backwards. Put palms toward the ceiling and roll bar backwards. That one is a bitch.
