Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

So im gonna document my journey on here! I am doing this workout along with another thigh and hourglass body workout both by Lily Sabri. Comment if you want me to specify which ones! Also I am not just going to do this for 14 days but for longer until I am pleased but even when I do get the results I want I am going to continue to workout to maintain it!

Day 1: I did it and was very motivated but the burn is real
Day 2: I”m feeling not at motivated as yesterday and my thighs are very sore but got through it
Day 3: Wow! I'm still sore but when I was done with my first two day workouts my legs felt like jelly but now my legs are way better and aren't as tired. Seeing improvement.
Day 4: The burn is still real but once again I'm seeing improvement with my stamina for these workouts! I haven't noticed much thigh change YET but for my stomach I have.

( hey yall so I know I've been like dead for a couple days DONT WORRY I HAVENT GIVEN UP OR FORGOT! My period just came and I was having some serious cramps and decided not to do it but im back now!)

Day 5: Burn is still there but im not nearly as exhausted as I was the first day even though I had a week off. I have lost stomach fat and a slight thigh change! Bu I need to work on my eating habits.
Day 6: It was harder today but pushed through it and I'm seeing some changes! a bit sore from yesterday
Day 7: idk why but my legs were so sore today! I was sitting down for a couple hours and when I stood up I felt like I was going to collapse lol. But once I started moving my legs got better, still sore tho. At first I had zero motivation for today but after this workout I put in a lot of effort and I'm really happy I pushed through.
Day 8: My legs weren't sore at all today but during my workout I noticed that I sweated a lot more? lol still pushing tho
Day 9: I couldn’t even through the first video workout. I wasn’t tired or unmotivated i was just being emotional but It’s better and I hope to get back in it tmr!
Day 10: I'm back at it and I'm feeling much stronger for the hourglass body workout but my legs were really weak.
Day 11: I feel a lot stronger and way more motivated today!! I might even keep working out for a bit more today bc I am pumped
Day 12: Still super motivated but just keep forgetting to drink water yikes!! Good burn though. Also my legs havent felt sore in a while which just shows how far I've come.
Day 13:I woke up this morning rally HURTING. It wasn't like a sore feeling more of i feel like I got thrown through a brick wall. So bc of that I didn't do the hourglass workout but I still did the leg workouts and as I said before I am getting way stronger but so far I see no thigh difference.
Day 14: was super tired today so took a rest day
Day 15: The burn is getting smaller and I'm feeling much stronger and energized
Day 16: had so much stamina today!! There's been a stomach change but not much to the thighs
Day 17: little motivation today but got through it I've also noticed some stretch marks popping up.
Day 18: I haven't worked out for a couple days I really lost motivation and had to force myself to start working out again but I'm happy I did force myself and I'm going to really try and stay on track
Day 19: Got through it. was a meh day
Day 20: super motivated today and didn't need a break!
Day 21: today my period started and the cramps were not it. couldn't work out today was in a lot of pain
Day 22: no cramps and got to work out but just tired

Im going to do this for 14 days and record my results :)
Before
Right Thigh: 51.5cm
Left Thigh: 51.7cm
Day 1: I felt a rlly big burn but it was good
Day 2: it rlly burned again the whole way up my leg :)
Day 3: still burning but I can literary already see a change!!
Day 4: it is still burning a lot and I can also sort see a difference in my stomach
Day 5: still rlly burning in inner thigh
Day 6: felt a big burn through my whole leg but not as bad as it used to be
Day 7: my legs are definitely getting way slimmer!!
Day 8: felt a big inner thigh burn
Day 9: still felt a big burn but I don't find it as bad as I used to
Day 10: still feeling a comfortable burn and can definitely see a difference :)
Day 11: still burning
Day 12: still got that burn but feel so good afterwards :)
Day 13: still going I definitely can see a difference from when I started!!
Day 14: I'm very happy with the difference in my legs
