Who else has an okay waist but really big thighs that you just hate? Im gonna update you guys everyday I don’t like putting my weight on here but I will tell you guys if I can see some change so day 1: just started already burning!
day 2: can see some changes on my belly and calfs legs are burninggg
Day: 3 I couldn’t really get most of it done but I managed a bit I can see a bit difference in my leg idk if it’s just me
day 4: I ate a lot yesterday but I did the workout today so that’s good I’m doing this work out for a month btw!
I forgot to update but I’m here again I’ve still be
doing it and I’ve lost 3 pounds!!!

I've been doing this workout for almost 2 weeks now and let me tell you the results are worth it, my thighs dropped from 57 cm to 53 cm im so happy and still going to continue🎉

for those wondering if this workout actually works, yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes it does! You have to feel the burn I know its hard in the beginning but just try distracting yourself. For me whenever I do painful workouts I try thinking of something not related to a workout lol, remember things take time and drink lots of water its super good for you. Your hard work will pay off :)

As a 100 meter sprinter, long jumper and high jumper I would say all your legs workouts make me so much stronger and would 100% recommend to anyone

Here are some fun tips that I found helped when I was doing it:
Put on a movie or show to distract yourself through the pain
Talk to yourself
Hype yourself up with encouraging words
Talk to urself abt the outcome, the benefits, the transition

Okay I did this for 10 days and I was dumb enough not to measure myself but I think I saw a slight difference in my legs and I could see that they are more toned than they were before. If you keep doing this maybe a few weeks I’m sure you will see a big difference !
