This 7 min inner thigh workout is perfect to squeeze in during commercials, and super easy to bust out anywhere, anytime. Wherever, or whenever you want a great inner thigh burn - this is my go-to quick thigh slimming workout.
If you are feeling ambitious and extra strong, level this inner thigh workout up by slapping on some ankle weights. Sounds simple, but it will have your inner thighs burning in no time at all.
While there is no way to spot treat inner thigh fat (or fat in general), workouts like this inner thigh workout help create lean muscle. The more lean muscle your body builds, the more FAT you will burn. It's also such a great way to tighten and tone your inner thighs.
