FINALLY!!! Someone has come along with exercises that are actually DOABLE for me!!! Thank you Lucy! I had a salpingal oopherectomy 2 1/2 weeks ago (removal of ovarian cyst, one ovary and fallopian tube) I am cleared for exercise and easing into exercise, today finally I walked (slowlly as I also got a bit of bronchitis post surgery) on my treadmill and did your arm workout and this one (with minor adjustments as needed). Yay !
