Bailey I have NEVER worked out in my LIFE consistently at a gym or even at home. But I LOVE ur videos because ur such a sweetie AND they’re short ! They’re not like an overwhelming hour that no one wants to do lol. U also know the EXACT time we’re burning! And I love that that u know where we may be getting tired or feeling it. Ur awesome 💐🤩

These are the best workouts I’ve ever done. wow Baileyyy🥺 so short storytime: i was already doing your workouts for a while and was loving them, but a few weeks ago i decided to take a little "break" from them because I had already done many of them more than once and I was wanting to try other workout channels. now i came back to do a video of you again and DAMN i was impressed...yes there were other good workouts on yt but there isn't any leg workout that is comparable to the ones of you. i mean, your other ones are amazing, too, but these kind of leg workouts where you feel it burning after a few seconds but still keep motivated till the end plus feel sooo good afterwards, they are unbeatable. in addition to that you are such a cute and lovely person. thank you so much!!❣

Bailey thank you so much for providing these quick videos that are so effective. I have developed health issues that limit my activity and pacing is essential. These are perfect for me. I add ankle weights on my strong days and when I’m not able I just do body weight and what I can. 🙏🏻💕

Thank you Bailey! For anyone looking for short, effective workouts you can basically do anywhere, look no further. I was religiously following her workouts for a few months then took time off because I was sick. I’m trying to get back into the game and let me tell you - the first few workouts are pretty tough. But excited for the results!
