I started doing this yesterday for 14 days!
Day 1 - ✅I found some of the exercises pretty hard but I wasn't going to give up just like that!
Day 2 - ✅ I did them more easily but still feel the burn, I'm happy I started though!
Day 3 - ✅ Apart from that I went to volleyball practice in the morning for almost 2 hours and then walked to school instead of taking the bus, I think I'm doing better!
Day 4 - ✅I am a bit sore from all I did yesterday but it was still fun and I feel like it's getting easier every day!
Day 5 - ✅ I went to volleyball practice in the morning and after I got home I did this cuz I still had energy i had fun doing it and I think I'm seeing some results not a lot though
Day 6 - ✅ Today I'm having more of a rest day but of course I couldn't skip! keeps getting easier, I'm loving it!
Day 7 - ✅ did it in the morning to feel better
Day 8 - ✅ I think I have some problem with my leg so I didn't do the exercises fully, I hope I'm better tomorrow
Day 9 - ❌ I couldn't do it because my foot really hurt, but I went to the doctor's today turns out it's nothing serious and the pain is almost gone
Day 10 - ✅
Day 11 - ✅
Day 12 - ✅ forgot to update!
Day 13 - ✅

Day 1 :✅ At the moment it hurts but for now everything is fine (my muscles have heated up)
Day 2 :✅ Same as for the first day at the moment it hurts but afterward it's fine, I have the impression that it's working on my stomach

tried to do this with multiple chronic illnesses and really appreciate how short they are!! was a figure skater and football player before getting sick so its really nice to have more exercises to do that don't completely take me out <3

I have fibromyalgia so im not able to do alot of workouts but i really love these 5 minute ones, they dont take long which means less pain for me!! Thank you so much!!!❤

I wanna make my legs a bit slimmer & stronger
(also we have the same name haha)

day 1: ✅ I kinda made the exercises easier but it still was a bit exhausting 🥹
day 2: ✅ did this early (still easier, I am not that close to legs) It hurts 😭 when I am doing it but after everything’s great
day 3: ❌ Sadly I had school ending ceremony, then went out with friend and spent some time with family. Didint want to do it at like 1am😢
day 4: ✅ did with smaller breaks
day 5: ❌just started and got sick 😢 I were awake for like 7/6 hours and everything hurt so I couldn’t do it even if I really wanted to
day 6: ✅ even tho sickness I want to start my weekly daily streak✨It was better, I took medicine
day 7: ✅ still sick but fighting haha
day 8: ✅ sick but better

Thank you for posting this today, I generally hate long targeted workouts I shall do this after my shower.
Day 1 - June 20, 2024: ✅ Walked 4 miles today and this quick work out was really nice!
Day 2 - June 21, 2024: ✅ Walked 4.1 miles today and this never gets olds it’s so fast-paced!
Day 3 - June 22, 2024: ✅ Walking 5 mile love this
Day 4 - June 23, 2024: ✅ Walked 10 miles today it was better
Day 5 - June 24, 2024: ✅ Walked 6 miles today and I think I'm starting to see results
Day 6 - June 25, 2024: ⚠️ replace with her newest vid
