Old workout but I'm doing this tomorrow with 5 liss/walking workouts, I'll post any results next week 🙂
Day 1 ✅
Day 2 ✅
Day 3 ✅
Day 4 ✅
Day 5 ✅
Day 6 ✅
Day 7 ✅
Also completed all 5 20 min walking workouts,
Waist -2cm
Abs -1cm
Hips -1cm
Didn't lose anything on my thighs or calves but they seem less "jiggly"😂

I have a question. I am suffering very the fat in legs and is very flacy. I am always doing excercices but i have no results. They are days that i cant stop to cry. I want to know how many time i need? Can you help me?
