This is exactly what I needed! My BFF just had a brain tumor removed from the center of her brain. She needs to strengthen her core, and also do exercises that cross the center of her midline to help rewire her brain. This routine does both and was a great workout for me!

I've tried many other fitness videos and far prefer the HAS Fit ones. Not only do you get a good workout, but you can stay calm while doing it. It's so nice to not have a lot of frenetic chatter and loud music going on while trying to focus on the workout exercises. Thank you so much for a great way to start my day!

Thanks for the vid. from a 56yr 330lb 6'3" sedentary guy. I have been going to the local gym (>1yr), which I now LOVE, starting to feel like I am getting the upper hand. This video is what I was looking for to help increase the number and variety of exercises I can do. Thanks.
