My problem is not falling asleep, but staying asleep. I sleep for 90 mins or so and then wake up. If I manage to get four hours total sleep at night, I consider myself lucky. So frustrating.😢

Hey doc I lost sleep for past 3 days i use to sleep well but my routine was bad, and i checked the doctor he said i have trapiezus maglia pain and little anxiety I'll try this now!

I have been struggling to sleep all week, and last night had news that was worrings and told I would get a call tomorrow to discuss. You would think that would make things worse, but I did this technique and I fell to sleep much quicker than usual and when I woke up I expected it to be somewhere between 2am to 4am like usual, but it wasn't. I had slept the whole night without waking up early. It was 5:45am, just 15 minutes before my alarm goes off to wake me up. I was so amazed. Praise God and thank you Doc

I just tried this technique last night and it really worked!. I usually cant sleep after drinking soda. Just a half glass and I would be tossing and turning in my sleep, feeling restless and sluggish the following day. But man this tip is awesome!. Thank you Doc. Is it possible to cure hyperthyroidism through this method, and are there pressure points on how to gain weight because hyper patients are usually skinny. Love to hear from you on this one. Thanks again.

Thanks, doc! This very timely because i have been having sleeping difficulty lately and i was tempted to take the sleeping pills my doctor prescribed which i delayed my intake ( i was trying to improve my sleeping habit naturally). Thank you very much. I am awake at 1am bc I can't sleep. Tried these techniques and it worked. Admittedly, I ate a large meal in the evening b4 bed for the first time. It affected my sleep.
