Best sleep advice video ever. Short and concise, unlike my naps

As a person who wakes up at 6AM and takes a nap from 6AM to 12PM, I can tell that taking a nap is so important

A 6 hour sleep at night, and a 20-30 minute nap around the middle of the day is what I figured out to be best. Nice to see this video back it up.

I took an awesome nap 3 weeks ago. It was maybe 20 minutes, really solid nap.

I've taken a nap pretty much everyday since I was 18, and I'm now 65. Good to know about biphasic sleep; that finally explains it. Thanks.

5 or 6 hours sleep during the night and 1-2 hour nap after work seems to be optimal for me

Unintentionally been taking naps for the last two weeks. Just sort of fell into the habit. It's been amazing.

Just what I needed.. I have been taking one hour naps in the afternoon and it really does increase productivity all the way till I go to sleep at night.. At first I was having doubts as to whether am just wasting valuable hours but this video proves that naps are necessary.. Nap on 💪good people

You people who just fall asleep on a dime for 20 mins puzzle me. It takes me at least 20 mins to an hour to fall asleep at which point I'm out for at least 1-2 90 min cycle.

In the military I would use my lunch break to take a nap in the barracks and would eat just breakfast and dinner, I seam to be the only positive one in my units so I suppose it was working

I'm looking for the information how to sleep during the day, because there are air raid alerts in my counry every night, so I lose like 2-3 hours of sleep between 2 and 4 a.m., so this info is vey helpful. I've always had problems with insomnia at night, but now the issue is completely different, I fall asleep easily, but still suffer from sleep deprivation. So I guess I will try out the naps during the day.

most people I know nap in the noon but I never can, I don't feel enough sleepy or can't sleep at night. I also prefer working or laying down and read or watch something rather than nap. but the rare days I nap on are so awesome haha.
