I am doing this exercise for a few weeks now. It really makes a huge difference! When getting out of bed in the morning, my legs feel good and light and I do not need stretching as much as before.

I just did this sitting in a chair watching from my computer. It was great. My legs feel better already. I am going to try this in my bed with my legs up as in the video tonight. I wear sleeves on my legs to help with swelling from sitting at the computer watching Utube. So this will be great when I am lying down with no sleeves on. Thank you for being such a generous person with your knowledge.
