the exercise at 08:03 is so difficult.. maybe couse  i don't have strong hands... but the whole video is perfect for all parts of body.. i hope with jogging, fitness and this exersices to be ready for the summer :)

Wow I like it and am sure this exercise will heal my knees joint pains...My knees have less muscle..My doc adviced me to do some easy exercise, and this one is right one for my hips bless you for sharing >>>  one love   <3    :-)
