Like others listed in the comments just wanted to share how much your videos have helped me mentally and physically.. my body has totally transformed since doing your videos for the past 2.5 years… I started doing them just as my dad started hospice and as he did Pilates when he was stronger he even enjoyed watching lol… your videos have helped both my body and mind and for that I am eternally grateful:)

Can I just say I'm extremely grateful for your workouts! I've struggled in the past with consistency due to some workouts being boring or not as valuable but your videos have helped me stay beautifully consistent and strong since your pilates workouts are so interesting and dynamic. I’ve done this workout 5 times so far and now I’m on the medium tight band and my body looks amazing! My glutes still feel the burn every single time! I’ve always had abs (most of time hidden by my fat) but my waist has noticeably gotten smaller! I also started drinking celery juice but I will never give this workout video up. ❤😂🎉😊
