I’m going to start doing this twice a day!!

Day 1: It’s amazing how the burn starts LITERALLY right away. It’s easy but still burns.

Day 2: It burned even more today because my legs were so sore from yesterday! I’ve noticed it takes a lot longer to feel the burn on my right side so I’ve been giving myself ten seconds extra on the right.

Day 3: It’s definitely getting easier. It took a lot longer for the burn to kick in!

Day 4: I decided to do entirely left the first time and entirely right the second time. IT BURNED SO MUCH!!

Day 5: Almost didn’t have time today, but I was able to do it both times!

Day 6: Still going strong!!

Day 7: I’m still doing the entirely left the first time, entirely right the second time thing and it’s really working!

Progress Check: no difference yet :(

Day 8: Trying not to lose motivation despite my lack of progress.

Day 9: Getting easier...

Day 10: Not sure if I should keep updating, this comment only has two like. But it’s keeping me motivated, so I think I will.

Honestly, your channel is so underrated. You have amazing workout routines and the way you talk to us make me feel comfortable and gives me motivation to do it with you.
I have been doing your booty workout for almost a month now and my butt is popping! Lol, two months ago I was flat as a paper and I felt so insecure about it that my older sister made fun of me for it, but it motivated me to work to grow my butt and it was worth it.
My butt is so much bigger and my side booty is bigger as well. It doesn't feel boney anymore
Thank you Bailey for being so genuine and inspiring me.

My updates:

Day 1 - Felt the burn.
Day 2 - Thighs felt a little sore, rest today.
Day 3 - I'm also doing a thinner waist one. Saw more progress with my waist. :)
Day 4 - My little stretch marks got lighter today!
Day 5 - Took a break.
Day 6 - Did it. :))
Day 7 - Lighter stretch marks.
Day 8 - Saw improvement. My inner thighs got slimmer and my waist was slimmer.
Day 9 - Took a break.
Day 10 - Measured my thighs. I was at 21½ inches for both thighs, but now I am at 20 inches.
Day 11 - Did them! :)

Became unmotivated, restarting!

Day 1 - I did it! I feel very motivated and not worthless. For the past few days, I have things on my to-do list. I always pushed the dates further and further away, so I felt useless and as if I'm doing nothing. Today I did some stuff like decorating the Christmas tree, cleaning my room, and practicing art. I'm honestly so proud of myself.
Day 2 - My waist and stomach area feels sore. I lost about half an inch to an inch on my waist. It's getting quite noticeable now.
Day 3 - Did them!
Day 4 - Feeling very productive. I finished a book series and I'm getting into hobbies. My marks are fading. :)
Day 5 - I really see a difference. My pants feel more comfortable and my waist looks beautiful.
Day 6 - Almost forgot to!
Day 7 - I'll measure myself tomorrow.
Day 8 - Took a break today.
Day 9 - Measured myself and lost 1/2 inches.
Day 10 - Did them, felt unmotivated though!
Day 11 - Took a break, felt unmotivated.
Day 12 - Did them. I was baking too so it was helpful. I would do the workouts in between the cooking time.
Day 13 - Started waking up earlier in the morning, this means I have to do my workouts twice a day. :)
Day 14 - My hip was hurting badly.
Day 15 - Again, my hip was hurting. I only did back workouts.
Day 16 - Did them!
Day 17 - Done!
Day 18 - Did them. :)
Day 19 - Christmas break.
Day 20 - Christmas break.
Day 21 - Did them.
Day 22 - Done! :))
Day 23 - Did them today! I cleaned my house, felt very clean and motivated.
Day 24 - Did some more cleaning. I also made cornbread! :D
Day 25 - Did them earlier, huuraayyy!
Day 26 - Took a break, happy new years eve!
Day 27 - Did them. <3
Day 28 - Did mines earlier than usual. Feeling very productive today. I cleaned a lot. :)
Day 29 - Decided to watch some Big Mouth while I was doing my workouts.
Day 30 - Feeling a bit unmotivated, but I did it.
Day 31 - Again, felt unmotivated yet I did it. (Got my first comment today.)
Day 32 - Feel very motivated today. <3
Day 33 - I was watching some Haikyu while working out. I felt really motivated!
Day 34 - Kept doing them to Haikyuu!
Day 35 - Felt a bit unmotivated, but I did it.
Day 36 - Felt unmotivated. I did it half way then gave up.
Day 37 - Feeling very motivated. I cooked myself food, cleaned the house, and I did my workouts early.
Day 38 - Took a break.
Day 39 - I felt unmotivated, but I watched Swoozie while doing so.
Day 40 - Felt somewhat motivated, watched Swoozie while working out.
Day 41 - I did feel unmotivated, but I'm happy with my body. When I look at my body, it looks like my ideal body and I'm so happy about it.
Day 42 - Did it halfway, gave up. I felt very unmotivated.
Day 43 - I did it, but I felt unmotivated.
Day 44 - I finally did it.
Day 45 - Did it while watching TheOdds1Out
Day 46 - Did them again.
Day 47 - Took a break.
Day 48 - Did them. Planning on buying konjac jelly soon to help me with binge eating.
Day 49 - Took a break.
Day 50 - Worked out. :)
Day 51 - My left arm was in pain, no work out.
Day 52 - At first, I was feeling like I was too ad to work out today. I then did the work out, but lazily. Now, I redid the whole workout correctly.
Day 53 - Did them.
Day 54 - I got cute clothes, but yeah I worked out today.
Day 55 - Had a break.
Day 56 - Did them. <3
Day 57 - Yep, did them
DY 58 - Did them, ngl kinda craving for snacks.
Day 59 - Got more motivated.
Day 60 - Did my morning workouts. Did my night workout too <3
Day 61-64 - I was really busy, didn't do them.I
Day 65 - I like how I look, would recommend this workout. Did them this morning and at night.
Day 66 - Morning workout is done. Evening workout is done too, measured myself and lost an inch.
Day 67 - Did my morning workout, the burn came alive. Did my evening ones too! :)
Day 68 - Took a break
Day 69 - Evening workouts.
Day 70 - Happy Valentine's day, took a break.
Day 71 - Did my evening ones.
Day 72 - Took a break.
Day 73 - Did them!
Day 74 - Didn't do them
Day 75 - Unmotivated
Day 76 - Didn't feel like it
Day 77 - DIdn't do it
Day 78 - Thank you for going on this little journey with me. I'm not going to keep doing these workouts anymore. I've decided to try and do longer workouts. This works, but it's only if you're willing to do it over long periods of time.

I love these 5 minutes workouts. I've taken Bailey's mantra with me everywhere. When I'm listening to someone drone on at work I say to myself "keep can do anything for five minutes"!!!

Ive done it for like 2 or 3 week everyday at first i can’t finish the workout but i used to it now and my thigh toned 3-4 cm thank you so much 😘

Starting dis workout

1: did it twice a day got a little sore

2: felt unmotivated did it once

3, 4, 5, 6, had to stop cz of personal stuff




7: did it 3 times feel super sore.

8-9: did it on my bed didnt feel motivated. Didnt feel something

10: did feel a thing I'm starting to see some changes lost 1 inch.

11: did it 2 times felt something. Did it w a ab workout

12: rest day😴

13: did it before school felt sore all day after school did it w an arm workout



14: did it once felt tired

15: did it felt so unmotivated but still did it

52: did it once w/ a 5 min outer thigh workout and inner thigh workout frm Chloe Ting. And yes I forgot the name but I'm gonna find it and comment it. Also at the 39 day dats when I started doin swimming 3 times a day.

53: got my nails done nd it was difficult to workout w it. Didn't do it but did a 10 min workout from muscle watching it burned so much yall need to do it it's a inner thigh workout.

54: rest day but I created my own 10 minutes workout w all the exercises that worked on me and I did it once and it burned like so much. Also I did it w a 5 min outer thigh workout.

Sorry guys that I didn't update I was busy n I was concentrating on gymnastics so I built lots of muscles I was so sore. Also I did inner thigh workouts so it been like that for 2 weeks and a half but I will still start at 55

55: i did it once. I do inne thigh workout rarely cz I started my 7th grade and I have gymnastics so its difficult to do it so I'm gonna update rarely.
