This workout targets the chest, back, shoulders biceps, triceps, and of course, your abs/core. I started these with 40 pd dumbbells but had to switch to 30’s for the second set lol, another great workout. Now time to finish it off with one of your 15 minute cardio hiit videos.

I know this workout has been out there for a while, but this was my 1st time. I loved it! The tempo of the music was perfect. It allowed me to concentrate on my form and get optimal benefits from each exercise!
