Low Impact Indoor STEPS & Standing ABS (Level up from the 10,000 Steps Challenge!)

If you've been enjoying my 10,000 Step Challenge Workout, you will love this too! This workout combines low impact movements to get your daily steps in AND standing ab exercises to work on your core. This is great for beginners, overweight and anybody that wants to move more daily. =)

Duration: 25 minutes (including warm-up and cool down)
Circuit: 40 secs Cardio - 20 secs Abs
Total Steps: 3,000 on average

EXERCISES
1) March on the Spot
Abs - Side Crunch (right)
2) High Knee
Abs - Side Crunch (left)
3) Low Impact Jacks
Abs - Cross Crunch
4) Step Kick
Abs - Side Bend
5) Step Curl
Abs - Hip Thruster
6) Step Reach
Abs - Wood Chop (right)
7) In-Out Step
Abs - Wood Chop (left)
8) Step Run
Abs - Balancing Crunch (right)
9) Step Run
Abs - Balancing Crunch (left)
10) Side Step Floor Tap
Abs - Hold Squat Twist

Yes, I need more of this low impact especially where i do not need to squat or jump !! Please do more of these types of exercises for people with knee pain

Yayyy! New routine!
Thank you so much for your hard work, I started a month ago with your overweight routine. And at the moment I do it three times a day, complemented with other bodyweight routines.All this, plus a strict diet and meal prepping, and I already have lost more than 10 kgs.
Now I'll add this new routine.

I have now completed the 8 week workout Challenge and while I wasn't on a diet and haven't lost 'weight' I do notice (and feel) I build some muscles. Working out in the morning has become part of my routine, I do occasionally skip a day if my knees feel a bit sore but I go back to it the following day. I'm actually surprised how consistent I kept up with the workout schedule! So yeah, I will continue with the workouts and try to monitor my eating habits a bit more now, especially drinking more 😅 and hope that I can lose some more weight. Thank you, Joanna! 🙏

Hi Joanna. Just finished this workout. I feel so good so energised. My thighs are burning, my fat is crying, i am drenched in sweat. It feels so relaxing. Thank you so much. By doing your exercising i have lost 15 kgs and want to lose more. Another great workout from Joanna. I alternate this one with her 15 Min Standing Abs, 30 Min 10, 000 Step WO, 30 Min Walking Waistline Challenge along with other walking workouts and it's a complete whole week's worth of full body toning and cardio!

Low HIIT workouts are all i need and standing abs exercises are far more better than sitting on a mat sweating like crazy and doin crunches ugh. THANK YOU SO MUCH JOANNA❤️

I only recently discovered the 10, 000 steps video but I feel like this one is far more suited to my current fitness levels, so thank you so much for uploading it! I also get a mini arm workout which is always welcome as that's where my loose skin is the worst, so thanks for incorporating that!
Just in case anyone else is curious I'm 5'7 and fluctuate around 140-145 pounds & my apple watch says I burned 178 active calories and 212 total calories, but I did do this workout fasted and personally perform better when I've eaten.

I love this low impact workout especially the second round!! I used to follow your HIIT workouts but then my knees have gone bad. I kind of fell into a depression. However, this low impact workout has given me hope that I can still enjoy. 👍🏼 I would love to see more 30-45 minutes of low impact videos. Thank you Joanna! 🌻
