This doesn't sound right. i started a calorie deficit, and so light exercises and walks, and i feel full of energy after losing over 100 pounds. I don't think starving yourself is the right choice, but clearly watching what you eat is a good thing. Or am i missing the point of what he is saying.

The man literally said nothing in the video. You lose body fat and store body fat 😂..tell that to the people that lost body fat off any of the diets and look slimmer. Lose body fat and store body fat would equal almost looking the same.

Couldn’t you have both? Calorie deficit to boost and kickstart fat burning, as well as teaching disciplined eating and at the same time eating animal-based or similar

Calorie deficit plus sufficient protein intake plus sufficient resistance training equals fat loss and good muscle retention.

This dude takes fringe cases with and acts like this is the case with the vast majority of people.
