the funny thing is most of you will go and blindly mimic these excercises only to ask your sad and broken lower back to create even more movements you can’t manage? My advice is simple, take it very slow and breathe and definitely try to learn in the moment what is going on and what doesn’t feel correct, your body is very powerful and durable and doesn’t know when it’s hurting itself so you have got to be more aware of your own movement patterns

😍 Luv' these YT shorts. Brief, to the point, informative, combined with the internal x-ray images, they keep me interested anyway.

Numbers 3 and 5 exercises have helped me alot. Been having sciatica symptoms down one side of the right leg, from upper leg to foot, for last 6 months now.

But doing these exercises plus others, has shown great improvements, now onto strengthening and maintaining. 💪

I have 4 screws 2 metal plates in my lower back. Yes, does this help stablizing me to start my day when getting out of bed. Yet the nerve is damaged prior to the bulging disc surgery.

Side plank clame shell is the one I don't think I could do. It is to weak and would hurt me as the side of my hip is sore all the time now.
