Thank you for changing my life 🙏🏾🤗

Last year a time like now I was really really lost. I struggled in every aspect of my life. I had lost myself in social media (Instagram) and I lost track of time. I compared myself to people, I didn't notice how I am exactly where I am supposed to be. I lost all my friends and I avoided my family 👪. I was really not feeling this world and my life got boring. I spent the entire years (2019-2022) isolated in my house, the only time I'd go outside was getting groceries and that took less than 10 minutes, I forgot how blissful it was to take care of myself.

Mid Dec 2022 I got tired and really unhappy 😒 with where I was, and I thought I have nothing to loose.

I went all in your guided meditation. I fell back some days when I was starting out but I loved how I felt after every session. I have been tracking my progress and I am in my 4th week without breaks now.

Your meditation sessions healed the depression I had. I am now in awe of how beautiful the world is ☺. I see the world from a different perspective now.

Thank you for the work that you do. It's a blessing I bumped into your videos. I am a person whose life has been positively impacted greatly and for that I wish you more blessings ♥.

I want to say a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart ♥️
These mediations have truly changed my life.. Every time I do any of them I am overwhelm with tears. for the past 3 years i have been unemployed, which has increased my anxiety and left me feeling scattered and lost. After i do a session it reminds to keep on going. I feel more positive, productive and able to gain more clarity for my daily tasks, I feel the heavy burden release and I feel light.

There have been amazing. Also helped with my self confidence.

Wow this was exactly what I needed today. Tears streamed down my face, when you started to say the mantra - Tears have been streaming down my face everyday for the past 1, 5 week - but in the midst I took a deep breath and the feeling of overwhelm was replaced with inner strength. Many hours later..still repeating the mantra throughout the day to bring myself back to my center when my head gets cluttered and life can get to a blurr.

Thank you Juliana for your amazing meditations and yoga practices, they have truly changed my life, I feel more a t peace and ease.. the words you say, your voice and everything in you just penetrates my soul with so much live that I am able to live my life in a better way. I let myself go today and i went somewhere. I surrendered completely and it was something that cannot be described in words. I barely was aware of my body or my breath, wasnt even able to move it for some minutes. That is the place where i want to go again. At the end i was thinking how am i evn breathing? I mean i was meditating but barely even breathing. Very short breaths like that much short that you wont even notice them. Wow, thankyou so much❤ lots of love to you all. May you all experience your silence, peace and joy in your own way❤

Your meditations really relax me i i been in hospital for 4 month intensive care for 3 .major surgery i had 5 very lucky i do yoga twice a day and meditation at night x🧘‍♀️🙏
