Please do one day a week 20 min long meditation. Just 1 day a week. It would be so appreciated and awesome if u do that. Have doing these meditations since 2020. ❤❤❤❤

In the past, I used THC to connect to my higher self. My trauma survival method has always been addiction and I am choosing to heal the pain instead of numbness. This former method was no longer sustainable and destructive to myself and my family. My therapist challenged me to meditate daily to connect. I am so grateful that your meditation came to me. It’s the first time I’ve been able to meditate and focus effectively. Your guidance to allow and observe my thoughts that come in with kindness and compassion have changed everything for me. I cannot thank you enough. ❤

This was perfect for me today. I’m facing some endings in my experience with situations and relationships and I’ve been in inner turmoil. I know they’re not bad endings but I was definitely having some subconscious judgements hit my emotional body. Thanks for this meditation. ❤
