This sounds like calling on commercial, is that what you are referring to? I agree with this on commercial prospecting, but when calling on personal products like insurance, later in the day and evenings are better. What would you say to that Jeb?

I just don't answer period. Google now has this awesome tool that automatically screens all incoming calls not in my contacts list, they have to state a reason why they're calling. And tells me on the screen what they're saying from there I can decide if I answer or just hang up (spoilers I always hangup)
