Comfortable talking too. Trick to these kinds of calls is asking the right questions, ask about what going on with their life (if your working for a specific sales niche ask why they might be interested in your services) and then ask them deeper questions about life- I worked as an ISA and had a goal of 5 apts a week and to hit that was easy when ppl answered I got them talking and would make it about them not the numbers
