Hello and welcome to Germany.
A few comments about your video. That you tell how you feel it is in Germany, does not mean that it is like you said.
Please inform yourself beforehand and don't tell anything you haven't informed yourself about.
The internet helps you to deliver facts and not i think "this is how it is" to your viewers.

You can provide links and facts so that your viewers can make up their own minds, what you do raises is false hopes.
Of course, the German language skills must be sufficient to exist in the German labor market.

The knowledge of the specialists must correspond to the German level of education.
I know several foreigners whose degrees were not recognized.
PhD and blue collar workers.

but...

If you really plan to build a life here, one way would be through an apprenticeship, for example.
I myself put a 27 year old New Zealander through training to become an IT systems electronics technician.
Prerequisite for the residence permit was a bank balance of 9000 euros.
Since the training allowance in the first year of training was only about 700 euros.
The colleague lived in a shared apartment, which greatly reduced the costs.

He even shortened the training by one year and passed his exam at the beginning of last year. Prerequisite was B1 in German.

In case of illness, it is the rule that you have to present a sick note after three days, if the employer has doubts, he can demand a sick note from the first day. In special cases, a medical examiner is called in by the health insurance company to check whether the patient is really ill. If this is not the case, there are severe penalties and the money is reclaimed.
In the case of a legal dispute and a penalty of more than two years, deportation threatens.

The private liability insurance is one of the most important insurances, because it comes into effect if one damages others through no fault of one's own and should basically be without limit in the amount of the claim settlement. This can quickly go into the millions, since entities are also meant, so if you are distracted by a bee while driving and thereby damaged in road traffic power distributors, traffic lights and several vehicles. Or one injures several people in such a way that they are dependent on help for the rest of their lives.

The bureaucracy that is often addressed is in most cases intended to benefit oneself, such as child benefits, Bafög, etc.. As a rule, one also does not fill this out so often that it really bothers. Also, it ensures that only eligible people to receive the benefit of this support.
All this is paid by taxes and is not infinitely available. If all out of greed or ignorance this system exploit, there will be sooner or later no more supports or the majority of Germans will not want to make these supports available to all people.
One takes only as much as one needs and does not try to accumulate a fortune, because there are fellow men, who have it necessary, than one.

Many people, especially from the African continent, come from countries where there are no social systems that support older people after working life, which one has tried to compensate with many children, that it guaranteed that someone takes care of you in old age.
Also my mother had (born during the Second World War) eleven brothers and sisters, but there was no social system. Nowadays, if my memory does not deceive me, the average German has 1.7 children.
The world already has problems to feed all people sufficiently.

I wish you a happy new year.
