we notice in the last few videos Brad has moved away from old style shoes with big arch support and is now in low drop flat shoes, GREAT move!
Excellent for grounding and energy flow up the body, reccommend putting reflexology insoles into flat soled shoes to increase circulation of energy throughout the system.
Why work to relieve symptoms when you can simply work to prevent the cause ?

Excellent info. Some I already knew. In fact I was stretching my hip flexor a couple of weeks ago and apparently over did it. My upper left leg has been very painful. It's getting better but so hard to recover from when you need to walk and still go to work. Thank you guys for all of your wonderful advise ❤️

I appreciate that you give different options of doing each exercise. I especially like the child's pose exercise. I do that seated on a chair with my hands on a large Swiss ball that I can roll out and in again. Thanks so much for all your suggestions!

Brad looks the same. Laying on the bed and pulling your knees into your chest feels so good for the tailbone and hips. It literally keeps me going I do it stood up with a chair. I put my foot on the sat you sit on
