I have spent $150 for 5 visits at a chiropractor. My lower back or nerve pain has barely gotten better in 3 weeks. Within 1 FREAKING HOUR of following your bulge disc herniated disc sciatic information I feel 10x better than I did yesterday! Thank you so very much! 🙏

Honestly the best part of this is that they are doing all of this for others for absolutely free. God bless these men. I may not always use all of their videos because I am 13 and don’t have health conditions, but i could still imagine how amazing it might be for people with them. Thank you.

I had tried many forms of treatments for my neck and back pain for years. The pain never stopped till I started watching Bob and Brad videos and doing the exercises with them! I learnt that no physical therapist alone can help my pain within the short time of each session if I don't try to change the habits and do the follow up exercises! I am grateful to Bob and Brad for their great and fun videos 🌷

This is brilliant as an 18 year old I thought I’d just naturally be good at this because I play sports. I feel like a new man doing these

What a great quote at 4:33. "If you start losing motion, you start gaining pain." Thank you for all of your advice.

I'm getting good advice from these physical therapists. So many times you click on a site and there are too many promotional things to buy. Bob and Brad use everyday items to help you and it's clear that their intent is to help a person manage pain. They also encourage you to get exercise which is something I'm having trouble with. I've pushed the Subscribe button which is something I rarely do and I know that they will be able to help me in the future. If not I guess I'll have to seek out a live physical therapist

I just discovered Bob and Brad and I want to thank you both so much! I’m 75 and my muscles are becoming stiff and weak so the stretches have felt so good, and I feel so much more relaxed afterwards. You guys have great personalities and are naturally funny so you’re fun to listen to and I love that you demo the exercises. Thanks, Bob and Brad!

I’m just newly retired from nursing and I will be following your channel religiously. You are both very knowledgeable not to mention funny. After 36 years of heavy lifting, bending, torn muscles I can use all the help I can get. Glad I found you.

That "shoulder blade to opposite pocket" move felt amazing for my opposite ("pocket side") middle/lower back! That was surprising. And I've been doing that stretch for years, but only pushing down (not across). Amazing what a difference these subtleties can make. It is fascinating. On top of helping me manage my chronic pain from time to time, you guys really make me want to learn more about anatomy. Much, much appreciated. Thank you.

One way I ensure good posture in the car is to set my mirrors that if I slouch, I cannot see them. I must straighten my spine and tuck my chin to see out the rear view mirror. Built in! I'm a yoga teacher, at 60, and it's amazing how many of the exercises you showed was yoga! Keep it up! (But I'm not on Facebook)

I really appreciate you two. You are so "down home" so the things you say and teach feel attainable for the average person...not intense pressure to become an athlete but to be the best version of ourselves and at least to maintain our precious bodies. I liked your "7/perfect#" bible reference. Thanks again for your effective and positive sharing.
