I’ve done a lot of work on my posture but still keep getting back pain when I walk around. Only NOW have been able to see how I have to activate my glutes while walking… I absolutely thought my hips were supposed to sway… Thanks so much. I’ll be changing this up.

Sandals are bad for the back also. As your feet try and grasp the surface of the sandal putting stress on toes and therefore not letting the back act naturally when walking.

sucking stomach for core engagement is old school garbage.. the better way is to inhale and keep the core girth about the same as the rib cage.. wide girth gives stiffer core. Also. the assistant should get better flip flops as those can lead people to use their feet in bad form.
