Welcome to today's second trimester prenatal yoga flow. I'm so excited to be sharing this 20 minute prenatal yoga practice with you all today. This is a combination of relaxing stretches and strength building postures both of which are very important during your pregnancy.

22 weeks pregnant. This was my first so called workout during my pregnancy (finally felt myself better enough to start).
During the session I haven't felt anything special, but at the end I just realized that I am crying. I think this is what I needed now.

Thanks so much! You have a really relaxing and lovely voice. I'm 20 weeks + 5 days and just got a healthy anatomy scan. So nice to breathe to baby and relax his home for him. Is there a certain number of weeks where you might recommend stopping downward dog. I was thinking of stopping in ab a month. xoxo
