Amy you're such a gem on YouTube I swear. I'm quite out of shape and overweight and your workouts have never failed me as a beginner. I finish feeling full of energy, accomplished, and like I did something good for my body rather than being in pain and unable to finish. I set my timer to 10 mins but always end up finishing your workouts!! Your low impact vids have become something I look forward to and can count on to actually be low impact yet challenging. You're the best! Thank you for being encouraging, accepting, and attuned to when water breaks or simplified steps are needed. You're truly gifted. Love your energy, love that you switch things up rather than exhausting us doing the same moves for a full minute - I always stay intrigued and never dreading the next move. You ACTUALLY understand a beginner workout and when to push. You are literally phenomenal and I cannot wait for more vids to come. When I first started working out I came across your other low impact video and it gave me the encouragement to keep going. Your ability to pin a perfect beginners workout is unmatched. I cannot say enough good things about what you do! Thank you for being a happy and healthy part of my fitness journey. So grateful for this space.

Wow. Im a seasoned martial artist with back problems. Just had a spasm last weeek and still recovering. This was great for rehab

This is such a great workout for someone like me who is very out of shape and has bad knees. genuinely low impact and easy enough for me to go the whole 19 minutes (a major accomplishment!). Amy is encouraging but relaxed, not too perky, and gives different choices to make the exercises easier or more challenging. Excellent! Thank you, Amy!

I know this is an older one, but I really appreciate it. I gained quite of a bit of weight and fell out of shape during the COVID lockdowns, and have been having a hard time finding work outs that I could get through that didn't make me feel worse. Baby steps!

I haven't exercised in way too long and have a messed up ankle from botched Achilles tendon surgery but I was able to complete this work out. It was slow and it definitely made me sweat a ton. Highly recommended for someone with bad ankles and knees. (Only one I couldn't do was near the end and only on my bad side.)

That was really fun! I'm a beginner at work outs and I have felt intimidated by starting out, but I've been feeling so much better by exercising regularly while following your videos. They're very clear and encouraging. I'm very grateful for the good work that you do!
