I loved my first week. I have been recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I have practiced yoga in the past but let it lapse. Getting reacquainted with my mat and my body has been amazing. Julia is a gift!

Week 1 done ❤️ Before starting the challenge I wasn’t confident in myself and I didn’t want to pressure myself, so I thought if it was too much for me I would drop without feeling bad. But I am proud that I’m able to stick through.

Recovery flow video is a go to for me when I need a reset or I have overworked my body especially tightness in the lower back seeps in. I did this 30 day back when we were in covid lockdown in 2020. I always come back when I need the reset. Thanks for the extra tips and encouragement. 🙏
