I really like the way she explains things and keeps the class verbally engaging! Especially for videos, where it can be easier to lose focus practicing alone. I look forward to seeing more from this challenge!

I have put 20 pounds on this year as I lost my father to cancer and it’s been really hard to say the least. My doctor prescribed me anxiety meds and I think that’s been a big reason of weight gain plus food as just been my blanket. Well now with all this going on in the world I am unable to get to the gym to release my stress and burn some food off😑. I made a promise to myself and my son that I will make a change! I am so so happy to have found this 30 day yoga challenge. I need every thing yoga as to offer in my life rite now. Thank you so much. This was a great way to begin my day and I am so excited to join this group and just become me again. Thank you 🙏

Coming back here after Day 13 to say I do feel stronger and definitely less stressed than I did 13 days ago, even in this quarantine ❤️ I love that each day focuses on a different thing so the other muscles can recover.

I have been practicing yoga for 25 years and have become quite particular in choosing instructors. Julia is amazing, I am so grateful to have found this class and look forward to taking as many of her other classes as well.

I taught yoga for 10 years. A year ago I closed my yoga studio (covid) and went to work at 9-5 office job. I went from teaching 3 classes a 5 days a week to sitting at a desk for 8 hours a day 5 days a week. I didn't realize how homesick my body was for yoga class. I will be finishing the 30 day course. Thank you for your time and teaching. 🙏 namaste

So happy to have completed this. I'm 28 y/o and have always been overweight, but having gained too much weight lately (185lb only measuring 5"2) I wasn't feeling well at all. Just started with yoga this week and it's very fulfilling, I'll definitely do my best to complete it along with my husband. Thank you so much for this! Namaste from Panama🙏🏽

i have bad depression and anxiety which deteriorated my physical health completely, im barley 17 minutes in and i am so tired, sweaty, and getting cramps i had to take a break but i can say this is definitely a good video. really worked my legs and core and she explains things nicely !!! definitely gonna make myself finish the 30 days

Finished the 30 days yesterday and now I’m back to do it all over again 😄 hopefully this time around I’ll be able to see the improvements I’ve made. Loved this! 🧘🏻‍♀️

I've finished this challenge many times, as well as some of your other challenges, and most videos! I love the way that every move is explained and in basic terms, everyone can understand. Some instructors just use the technical yoga move names without any explaination for beginners who have no idea what the names mean. I've lost 120 LBS since finding your videos. I'm still not where I want to be but I'm getting there with your help! Thank you for your videos! 😊

Day 1- checking in

Hi Julia. I immediately found myself in-tune with your teachings. Thank you for dispelling the myth of Yoga getting a bad rep for weight loss.

I am just recovering from a relapse of my bipolar disorder. Mindfulness breathing is one of the assets that I rely on to find peace, and this vinyasa sequence is also what I need. My body was even getting warm during some of the floor/mat work which I did not think was possible. I practiced Yoga for a few years before being diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and since then have gone through many weight gain episodes related to depression. I have also given up a number of times on myself both in life and exercise programs. This time I very much look forward to taking this program one day at a time, and see where it takes me.

I had my 5 child 7 months ago and my last 2 I have really noticed my lower back and overall body has changed. I needed something to help me with stretching, gaining confidence, and overall to help me lose weight. Thank you!!!

Julia 30 days challenge is the best !
I followed other 7 days, 21 days, yoga challenges but I quit because it is so repetitive and boring.
I completed this challenge before without missing a day, and I am doing it again ❤ as I can’t find a better one than Julia’s. Thank you Julia !!!!

I'm a more advanced yoga practitioner and was looking for something a bit more strenuous, but I thought this was very accessible for a beginner trying yoga for the first time. Very good instruction about alignment, breath, and modification, and an easy introduction to flow. I might stick with the course on top of my other practice because I'm curious to see how it builds over time. I would definitely recommend this for someone new to yoga.
