this is the longest I've ever stuck with any sort of workout program, although today was supposed to be day 22 for me, but i took multiple 'rest days' in between bc i wasn't doing great mentally💀 i'm just glad i stuck w it tbh and i'm most likely going to keep practicing yoga, the rlly emotional feeling i get doing this is still there tho and i hope that like stops soon bc its kind off annoying🧍🏼‍♀️
