I did all the challenge poses today! First time ever. Also my heals touch in down dog without it feeling like my calves are tearing. I’m so exited

day 18 done !!.. i can feel how stronger i am getting day after day . I 've completed all the poses except the wheel but i 'm sure by the end of this challenge i ll be confident enough to do it ! thanks for sharing your wonderful practice with us Julia Marie ! I love this challenge and i hope there will be more afterwards !

Todays video was amazing 🤩🥰 So fun to do, really challenging and gentle to my lower back (which a lot of back bend videos aren't). I'm doing this challenge second time around, about 4-5 times a week adding lot of forest walking and some dance too. I love that I found Julie's Yoga videos. She's just the best Yoga teacher and partner to train with ❤ I'm definitely continuing with other videos of hers after these 60 days 😊🙏❤🤗

I was late to start but I came this far. It’s indeed challenging esp. the new post where I got frustrated not doing it but this is really a challenge to a 60yrs. old that never been to yoga before, “never give up” is the key but there’s a lot of benefit that I already experiencing esp. being calm that I was not before. Thanks Julia for all of these it’s really and big help and appreciate all your advices making a brant new 60 yrs. old❣️👍
