I absolutely love your workouts, this is my sixth week with Lift with Cee. Your videos help me to stay consistent, super explanations and easy to follow. How important is muscle soreness after lifting?Is it a good or bad sign? It's now the second week that I don't feel any muscle pain the day after.

I have been doing 30 mins every other day three times a week for 4 weeks. I have loved them but now have the worst neck and shoulder pain 😩 lifted too heavy 🤦🏼‍♀️
Do you have any tips for how to avoid this other than lift lighter or any stretches please?

to devolop abs just when you lift not to wear a belt and do as much as possible standing and with free weight
