IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.

Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

This isn’t my idea but Chloe can you make a 1 week program for people on their periods with like low intensity exercises that will make you feel better? Thank youuu (please like so she sees this)

This workout is soo great! Only things spoiling it for me is that:

1) my foot keeps sliding off my exercise mat!
2) my balance is completely off because my wrists keep ruining it for me!
3) by the time i have actually figured out how to do the exercises my time has run out and we’re moving on the the next move

This is day 1 for me! I’m so proud I pushed through. I had to take several breaks throughout the three videos for today and the workouts were intense but I’m proud!!!!

To anyone reading this:

You can do it!!

I know it may seem like empty words from a complete stranger on the internet, but, I’m actually saying this from my experiences as well.

I started Chloe’s Moveember challenge almost a week ago now (so I’m pretty far behind in the schedule), and I felt like giving up so many times, but this time I’ve learned from my past experiences on giving up and thinking back how I could’ve reached my goals by now if I had just kept being strong.

So my point is, giving up isn’t the solution. Overtime you will get stronger, and as someone myself who is about 20kg overweight, I’ve become SO much stronger within just a week, and I am so exited on seeing my results on my second week.

So please just keep on doing it, for me it got easier and much more fun too, where I’m now pretty excited on working out everyday, and you will most likely feel the excitement and joy from doing the exercise, and also the excitement on seeing your results too!

So never give up, everything feels hopeless in the beginning, but with patience and belief everything will get easier over time!

(Ps. If you’re suffering from depression or other mental disorders, they may restrict your strength on keep on going, as for with my depression, it did, so please take care of that before you take on more responsibility’s and ‘*must*’s’ than you can manage)

I know everyone says that Chloe is “to easy” and for beginners, but tbh I think that she’s great. She doesn’t do any super crazy moves or have a 50 day program. She takes it nice and slow, and she has different modifications which is personally good for me since I’m unable to do a full on pushup which I’m trying to get better at.

Hi Chloe! Thank you for making these workout videos. We have been grieving the loss of my grandfather for 2 months and everything seems to be going badly. I'm 15 and I gained about 8kg in that short abount of time. These workouts have helped me get better physically. I know that if my grandpa was still here, he would have wanted me to be healthy. Sorry for such a long comment, but I'm really thankful for all that you do! ❤

My 2 Weeks Shred Challenge:
Day 1 ✅ my wrists were SCREAMING. I took a lot of breaks, I also got a 10 min call in the middle of the workout 😭 I feel like a weak potato but I'm motivated to keep doing this and become stronger!

For everyone one who is also on day 1 of the 2 week shred program, it does get easier as you get stronger! When you’re done with your two weeks, do another program. Keep that momentum and keep pushing through. We can do
