I reached level 8, never saw 9 until now. Haven't done a pull-up in years. Messed up my shoulder almost 3 years ago doing other things. I miss that power. Never stop doing pullups if you are currently working with them.

the first clip being an explosive muscle up is wild. Also level muscle was so clean it might aswell be level 10

I can do a few pullups but im training negatives right now until i can do more sets of pullups. I want to get to muscle up eventually

I'm 67 and can do L-sit pullups, among other things. I am amazed when young, buff guys try to repeat it and can't. To me, the pull up is one of the greatest measures of strength and flexibility. I plan on doing them the rest of my life.

2 and 3 I can only do 1 pull up, so Im working on negatives too

I’m level 43 years old and I can pull up my 220 lbs ass for 12 reps and 4 sets. That’s good enough for me.
