Thanks bro, I’ve been struggling to get a stronger pull up. I can do 22-23 pull ups but weighted I start to struggle

Routine: Heavy day of weighted pull ups 2-4 reps, 3 sets, Moderate day of weighted pull ups 6-8 reps, 3 sets, endurance day of bodyweight pull ups as many as you can, 3 sets. I’ll try it out 🔥

I can do 15 pull ups and my weight is 92.5 kilograms. Believe me, when I do them, I feel like I did a marathon for 100 hours. :/

Fun Fact: If you want your muscles to be better at something, that being Endurance, Power, Strength, or Hypertrophy, after your done with an exercise, take a break that last between 3-5 minutes.

For your heavy days, how many sets would you say you normally do? You said in the video “a lot” but I can’t imagine anymore than 5 sets.
