Ooof, I was definitely feeling overwhelmed during the back-bend hands on heel pose and as soon as you acknowledged how this can be intense I convulsed into tears hahaha. Thanks for giving me that permission and freedom <3 I will now welcome emotions and even tears during my practice, it felt so good!

Great! We do like when you use breaths to hold a posture or repetition, rather than counting. Somehow it's much more doable!

Perfect and amazing as always!!! I have been working on my wheel pose, and today at the end of the practice, my pose was MUCH easier than I had originally anticipated. Reversing the hunched forward spine (as a result of years of self-consciousness and anxiety) and opening the heart has been my focus for a loooonnng time. The older I get the more determined I am to strengthen and maintain a healthy spin and a strong core. It truly takes a lot of allowing the body to be where it is in the present, letting go of ego, breathing, patience, dedication and practice, practice, practice. Since I have been practicing with you, my posture has actually truly improved and I have much less pain and knots in my upper back (I have been suffering from kyphosis with tension, knots, and of course plenty of pain since age 16). My asanas are very much improved - I have wheel pose down and headstand too! Namaste Namaste! Can you put out some more 45 minute videos and maybe some yin to vin?

I was feeling so sluggish and low in energy when I decided to do this practice. To be honest I was scared, because I didn’t think I’d make it through the entirety. I’ve not been in wheel since I was a kid, when I didn’t even know the name, just playing around in gymnastics. On the way down out of wheel pose, I just started crying. And I heard you mention about what resides beneath the surface and I knew this was exactly what I needed. now I feel completely different. Softer. Calmer. Deserving. And often in this practice I find that my deeper consciousness will lead me towards what I need to do to feel more connected to my whole self. now I am learning how to listen and translate this part that speaks a different language. Long story short this was a great sequence and it really did open heart.
