Hey, everyone!

I made this practice video after a long day of sitting in front of my desk. On days like this, we can be so much in the zone that we sit for hours and forget to move our body every once in a while.

I can totally understand how we can be so focused at times that we don’t even realize when we’re sitting for a long time in a bad posture, which can lead to short term and long term health problems. Most people can immediately feel the back pain, tension in the shoulders, neck, arms, and leg pain. I usually feel my body ache immediately, which is a gentle reminder for me to moveee my limbs.

So on days like these, I make sure to treat my body and mind with a well-deserved short and simple practice to make me feel yummy again.

I'm in quarantine day 3 right now because I'm positiv on covid and I just wanted to give myself the gift of activating my body and feeling myself a bit. My mussles and mind were so happy and thankful, I still live your yoga sessions so much. It made me feel clearly that my body will heal and I can rely on him. Afterward automatically I dropped into a deep meditational connection with the collective and was filled with happiness and joy. Thank you so much for this. :) it doesn't have to be symmetrical, go where the feeling leads you.. Know that inside your body and the collective you'll always be loved and heald.

I've been loving your flows lately. They feel great in my body and your words have been resinating a lot with me. I do have old shoulder injuries that make chaturanga and the side plank variations that you explore not possible for me so I tend to just skip those portions. Would you consider doing a flow specifically for shoulder girdle health? Thanks so much!
