okay these ones are changing my life thank you so much! i had so much tension my whole life even before my current job increased and ive tried all kind of yoga and yours helps the most with how i am storing tension in my pelvis

This will be a go-to for my core/pelvic floor issue- and back pain- having self! 😅 I stayed prone through the end of the video - the pillow (I used a small blanket) is a wonderful support

I really need help with my pelvic floor, uterus prolapse when I cough, diastaserecti, etc ( third child is now six years and still didn’t hear after doing physical therapy )….downloading DEFY now since I need your help❤️.
