I've been doing Flo's ten minute morning routine before work, now I'm going to incorporate this into that practice. I'm still doing embark and I've made lots of progress, particularly with my state of mind, I feel so calm and peaceful almost all of the time. So thankful for what you guys offer freely, I'll soon be a patreon subscriber, looking forward to the two hour yin class 🙏

This was great! I do 10-15 minutes of yoga every morning as part of my routine, but some days I just don’t feel like yoga. I still want to move, loosen, lubricate, and get circulation going, and this was perfect! Some movements were familiar from the little bit of T’ai chi and Qigong I’ve done, but many new ideas, all easy to do any time and anywhere. Thank you!

Great video. Just what I was looking for. I am not strong enough to work on the floor yet. This will be a great series of movements to help me become stronger and create a routine I can repeat. Also your clothes were very coordinated with the room😊 thanks for your time to create this video.
